Please call the new Maintenance Request Hotline for ALL maintenance requests including emergency, urgent, and routine work orders. Operators can assist you with your maintenance needs - 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
The New Maintenance Request Hotline allows for the following:
- Residents to place work orders 24/7 through a call center specializing in work order requests
- Immediate dispatching of emergency work orders to maintenance personnel
- Improved maintenance request tracking to improve operational efficiencies
Residents will need the following information when placing a maintenance request:
- Name
- Address
- Community Name
- Telephone number for return call
- Description of maintenance issue or problem
- Whether or not there are any pets in the unit
Work Orders will be generated for all maintenance service requests. Emergency maintenance service requests will be dispatched immediately to maintenance personnel. If you have a question concerning a maintenance service request, please feel free to contact your Management Office.
