On May 12, 2025, marking the 12-week anniversary of new CEO Yvonda A. Bean, a 12-month action plan was introduced. The 12-Month Action Plan, 'A New Day & Better IHA,' is the strategic framework that will guide the Indianapolis Housing Agency (IHA) in its mission to provide affordable housing solutions to individuals and families across Marion County, Indiana.
