IHA RAD Choice Mobility

In accordance with The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD's) Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program, the Indianapolis Housing Agency (IHA) has created a policy to provide all residents of covered projects with viable Choice-Mobility options. IHA's policy for the RAD Choice Mobility feature is part of its Section 8 Administrative Plan.
