Monthly ARRA Report - December 2010

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS & DELIVERABLES PRODUCED

1.  In December 2010, IHA successfully completed its obligation of the remainder of the ARRA funds and continued the expenditure of the funds.  The agency was successful in obligating 99.5% of the ARRA funds.  The table below reflects the current status:

 


2.  Job Creation/Retention decreased by 91 positions (30.43%) in the 4th quarter of 2010.

 

 

3.   MBE participation exceeds the goal of 15%, but falls very slightly short of the WBE goal of 8% participation.  However, both together exceed the combined goal of 23%, with combined MBE/WBE participation of 39.8% (MBE/32.1% and WBE/7.7%).
