KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS & DELIVERABLES PRODUCED

1. In September 2010, IHA
successfully completed its obligation of the remainder
of the ARRA funds and continued the expenditure of the
funds. The agency was successful in obligating 99.55%
of the ARRA funds. The table below reflects the current
status:

2. Job Creation/Retention increased by 22 additional
positions in the 3rd quarter 2010 or 7.94% going from
277 positions to 299 positions.
3. MBE participation exceeds
the goal of 15%, but falls very slightly short of the
WBE goal of 8% participation. However, both together
exceed the combined goal of 23%, with combined MBE/WBE
participation of 29.1% (MBE/21.4% and WBE/7.7%).
